Best Buds

It's been forever since I have posted pics or done any blogging. I am much more of a facebooker these days. But, I had to note this.......

The day before yesterday... on an unseasonably warm winter day....I took Cole andChandler to the gazebo by our house where they rode their tricycles side by side. They have been playing together a lot lately...building forts in Cole's room, working puzzles, and playing with toys. Anyway, while they were riding tricycles, Cole leaned in to Chandler, wrapped his arms around her, squeezed her tight and said, "Chandler, You are my very best friend and I love you!" It made Chandler so happy and she said, "you are my best friend too!" They played happily the rest of the day and Chandler kept hugging Cole off and on! It waw the sweetest thing EVER.. I am so happy they have grown so close and pray daily that they will stay that way through their adult lives.

in two weeks at holiday magic. She was trying so hard to follow directions and do the dance

First Digital Scrap book page

My sweet friend Carrie came over today and last Wed. to teach me how to do digital scrapbooking... I LOVE IT! All the fun, with none of the mess and you can print them into 12x12 books.. I have a lot to learn still, but am super excited! This is my very first page that Carrie and I did together... You're the best, Carrie.... THANKS!

For dinner, Chris took me to a romantic french restaurant in
Dallas called The Grape... It was amazing!

Cole's First Soccer Game

Ok... so we had no idea the chin gards go underneath the socks... maybe nobody noticed! Cole had a great time and loved running really fast! The funniest part is Cole would kick the ball as far as it would go, the run after it. Not a great tactic if you don't want someone else to steal the ball! All in good fun!
